At a time when the Coronavirus is pushing us away from gatherings of people, our agency wishes to reconsider its participation in the organization of a medical congress alongside the Association of Young Anesthesiologists-Resuscitators of France (AJAR) .
Thanks to the dynamics of the AJAR Marseille association, this event, which aims to develop medicine and anesthesia and resuscitation techniques, brought together more than 400 people for the weekend of November 22 and 23, 2019 in Marseille.
The world trade center and its city center was chosen by our agency for its ease of access, near Saint Charles train station and the Old Port of Marseille, but also for its high-tech and designer business center. This center brings together 11 fully modular rooms including the Marseille CityLab and is attached to the Mercure Vieux Port hotel where we housed the speakers.
As the character of our agency "Active Road" suggests, during the different breaks we had transformed the City Lab in the "chill and relaxation" zone with a pétanque and indoor Molky field. We offered to participate in an interactive and personalized game on the theme of AJAR (quiz, puzzle games, photo and video challenges ...). 100 participants took part in this game in order to win goodies provided by the AJAR association. To stay original, we proposed a Donuts stand for the most gourmet :-)
For the congress members we had proposed many activities, such as boat trips or adventure activities in the heart of the Calanques National Park, but bad weather was the order.
The graphic universe that we validated with the organization had to reflect the young dynamic of AJAR in the world of medicine congresses. This was also linked to the innovative and original content of the program.
Close to our universe, we will take for example this superb intervention by the anesthesiologist "Batistin Martinon" on the subject of respiratory arrest in extreme situations: rescue in high mountains
"Do you feel uncomfortable when you leave intensive care? Transport to the scanner and emergencies on the floors seem to you to be a hostile environment? So imagine taking care of a patient in the mountains, in a crevasse, by bad time, with limited material means. Batistin, emergency doctor and mountain rescuer tells us about the technical and human challenges that this represents
