A young Marseillais lowers the world record for freediving in bi-fins, to see on Thalassa!

We are pleased to share this information with you, which was transmitted to us by Raf Janiec, the director of Lycée Don Bosco Marseille, with whom we have been working since the creation of the agency.

Arnaud Jérald, a former student of Bac Pro Electrotechnique from Don Bosco, is now a freediving champion.

On September 15, 2020, at only 25 years old, he again achieved the world record in twin-fin constant weight by diving to −112 meters during the European Cup in Kalamata, Greece.

We are proud and moderately surprised to see such talents emerging from Don Bosco High School. A dynamic high school where the commitment of teachers is like their participation in the zip line that we install each year from the roof of the classrooms :-)

Arnaud Jerald discovers apnea thanks to spearfishing and c he was 16 when he took part in his first freediving course in Marseille. This leaves you dreaming and could awaken some vocations. In the meantime, why not start by discovering this universe with Tony thanks to our snorkeling outings on the island of Frioul :-)

The journalist NIZON Veronique, from the France 3 channel informs us that the report filmed with Arnaud Jérald in high school, will be aired on the Thalassa show on November 15, 2020 at around 4 p.m.

All in front of the TV !!
