From the town of Cassis, discover the amazing Calanques National Park and its creeks. Thanks to your guide and a privileged access, you will discover the wealth of the creeks and its fantastic landscapes from the sea.

The calanque of Port Miou with its old limestone quarries will be the starting point of a navigation towards the calanque of Port Pin and En Vau and their crystal clear waters (when conditions and wind allow it). You will be delighted by these swimming spots: paddle, breathe and enjoy!

To carry

Swimming suit, towel, flip-flops, 1.5L of water and wetsuit (optional). Please inform the agency of your weight and size (S,M,L,XL) for the preparation of the equipment.

Carrière de Cassis - Calanques de Port-Miou

RDV at the parking lot situated at the end of avenue des calanques, 13260 Cassis (GPS : 43.21251, 5.52227). Park on avenue Notre Dame and walk down to the quarry. This walk way is marked with a green beacon toward the "fond de la calanque de Port Miou" (deep end of the calanque). Your instructore will be waiting for you with a white truck.

Your instructor will welcome you and introduce you to the natural surroundings of the calanques and the route of the trip. After a quick preparation (inflating the boards) and a collective presentation of the equipment, the instructor will initiate you to the techniques of stand up paddle approach. With confidence and under supervision, you will gradually navigate along the coast and the rocky cliffs of the calanques.
